Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Venturerize ("we," "us," "our") designs and builds AI automations and websites for clients. This policy explains what information we collect through venturerize.com and our client tools, why we collect it, and how you can control it. If you have questions, email us at talkto@venturerize.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form. Name, email address, project type, and whatever message you write, so we can respond to your inquiry.
• Design Lab — sending us a design. If you use "Send entire build to us," we collect your name and a way to reach you (a WhatsApp/phone number and, optionally, an email address), plus the full design you built (every page, block, and setting), an optional message, and a preview image — sent only when you choose to send it, never automatically.
• Design Lab — saving a draft. If you create an account to save your work and come back to it later, we store your name, email, a securely hashed password (we never store or can see your actual password), and the designs you save under that account.
• Client Portal accounts. If you're an active client, we store your name, email, and the project data (files, messages, invoices) needed to run your project. Sign-in uses a one-time email link — we never ask for or store a password for Client Portal accounts.
• Payments. Invoices are settled manually (bank transfer or another arranged method) — we don't process card, UPI, or bank details through this site.
• Basic technical & usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and abuse prevention — for example, rate-limiting how often the same visitor can submit the contact form or Design Lab — plus privacy-friendly, aggregated site analytics (page views, referring site, general device/location type). This analytics data isn't tied to your name or used to build a profile of you across other sites.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't run advertising trackers, and our analytics tooling doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites (see Cookies, below). We don't ask the public Design Lab tool for file uploads — its images come from a curated built-in set, precisely so we never have to handle user-uploaded files from anonymous visitors.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function: a session cookie to keep you signed in to the Client Portal, your Design Lab account, or the Admin panel, and a verification token from Cloudflare Turnstile (our spam-prevention check on the contact form). Our site analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) are cookieless by design — they measure aggregate traffic and page-load performance without setting a cookie or tracking you individually. We don't use marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Who we share data with

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run this site and never share your data beyond what's needed for them to provide their service to us: Vercel (hosting and cookieless site analytics), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Upstash (rate-limiting), and Cloudflare (spam prevention). None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep it

Contact form and Design Lab submissions are kept as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then archived or deleted. Design Lab accounts and saved drafts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Client Portal data is kept for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing talkto@venturerize.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
