Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of venturerize.com, the Design Lab tool, the Client Portal, and any services Venturerize ("we," "us," "our") provides you. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Design Lab

• Design Lab is a free, public mockup tool — you can freely arrange blocks, colors, and text to sketch a website idea. It's provided for demonstration and lead-generation purposes; it isn't a hosting, publishing, or code-export platform, and no functioning website or app code is generated or delivered by it.
• Images in Design Lab come from a curated, built-in visual set only — you cannot upload files. Please don't attempt to submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through any text field in the tool.
• When you use "Send entire build to us," you're sharing that design with our team so we can follow up about turning it into a real project. We may use it internally to prepare a proposal for you; we won't publish it or use it in marketing without asking you first.
• We may rate-limit or block use of Design Lab (or any part of the site) that we reasonably believe is abusive, automated, or intended to overload the service.

3. Design Lab accounts

Creating an account to save your Design Lab work is optional and free. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Saved drafts are yours to revisit, edit, or delete at any time; they're for your own use in planning a design and aren't a hosted or published website. We may contact you about a design you've saved, since the point of saving one is that we can follow up with you.

4. Client projects & payments

Paid work (websites, automations, or other deliverables) is governed first by the specific proposal, statement of work, or invoice we agree with you — these Terms fill in anything that document doesn't cover. Invoices are payable by the due date shown via bank transfer or another arranged method; we don't store your full payment details ourselves. Late payment may pause project work until the invoice is settled.

5. Client Portal

If we're working together, we'll set you up with Client Portal access. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email account secure, since sign-in works via a one-time link sent there. Please don't share your portal access with anyone outside your organization without letting us know.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who does.

7. Intellectual property

The Venturerize site, brand, and the Design Lab tool itself are our property. Deliverables from a paid client project (the actual website, automation, or code we build for you) belong to you once paid in full, unless your specific agreement with us says otherwise.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The public site and Design Lab tool are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venturerize isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tool. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
