Questions
- What are promotional credits?
- Money-off credit we put on your account during an offer. You spend it on our work: websites, AI agent setups and workflows, as each offer says.
- How do I get them?
- Make a free account, then tap Claim on an offer. The credit appears on your account straight away. You don't need to be a client.
- How much can I use on one order?
- Offers are "up to" an amount. Every order is at least 20% paid in money, so credit covers at most 80% of the parts of the order the offer applies to. Example: with ₹5,000 of credit and a ₹4,999 website, credit covers ₹3,999 and you pay ₹1,000.
- How do I use them?
- After a 20-minute call we send your invoice to your client portal. Open it and tap Use my credits. Promotional credit is used first, then any referral credit.
- Do they expire?
- Yes. Each offer says how many days you have after claiming. Unused credit disappears after that date.
- Can I combine them?
- Not with a discount code (like WELCOME10) on the same invoice. Most offers can be combined with referral credits; the offer says if not.
- What don't they cover?
- Domains and third-party costs (WhatsApp message charges, AI usage, calls) are always paid by you. Monthly plans only if an offer says so.
